The legislation on "Whistleblowing" requires the possibility of making reports relating to illicit or reasonably suspected acts, such reports can be made by employees and all subjects protected by the legislation itself: - collaborators - customers and suppliers - employed and self-employed workers - freelancers and other categories such as volunteers and interns, including unpaid ones - shareholders and people with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representation functions.
